Derby have announced Phillip Cocu as their new manager.
The former Dutch international has signed a four-year contract with the Rams.
Former Republic of Ireland goalkeeper Shay Given will remain as part of the new-look coaching team as Head Goalkeeping Coach,
Cocu replaces Frank Lampard who has taken over at Chelsea.
