De La Salle finished strongly to see off Passage in the curtain raiser 2-15 to 1-12.

Richard Hurley goaled for Passage as they led 1-11 to 1-8 eight minutes into the second half.
Killian Fitzgerald ended with ten points. Salle landed the last five points however to pick up their second win.

Dungarvan led 0-14 to 1-9 after 44 minutes. Ryan Donnelly landed nine points for the Blues. Patrick Curran saw a first half penalty saved by Stephen O'Keeffe.
The Gunners were missing eight players from last season and manager Darragh O'Sullivan said it was a squad effort this afternoon.
He felt that JJ Hutchinson made a big impression off the bench.
