De La Salle rallied from seven points down to defeat Lismore 2-21 to 1-18 in a game of two halves at Fraher Field.
Jack Fagan landed eleven points, nine in the second half, as Brian Phelan's men finished strongly. Eddie Meaney's goal on 57 minutes put them into the lead and they got the last five points of the contest, three from Fagan, to complete an amazing turnaround. Jake Dillon chipped in with second half efforts.
Maurice Shanahan ended the hour with twelve points (six frees and six from play).
The Westerners were 1-12 to 1-5 in front at half time with the wind after Cormac McCann and Ray Barry traded goals.

In the curtain raiser, a 63rd minute point by Gavin Crotty, his fourth of the afternoon, gave Dungarvan a slender 0-22 to 3-12 win over Tallow after a thrilling second half.
Deise forward Thomas Ryan struck a second half hat trick to level the match for the seventh time before Crotty scored a late, late winner. Ryan finished with 3-6 but missed seven dead balls for the Bridesiders. Patrick Curran hit ten points for the Blues.
Dungarvan boss Dermot Dee admitted that they got a late scare.
