Tom McGlinchey says there's still plenty of work to be done going forward for Waterford football.
The Corkman stepped down as Déise senior boss yesterday having given four years at the helm.
In that period, Waterford won the McGrath Cup in 2015 and claimed a first Championship win in seven years last month as they overcame Wexford in the All-Ireland Qualifiers.
Tom says that win in Wexford Park is something he won't forget.
Tom told WLR Sport the senior squad can stay making progress over the next year or so.
