Waterford's Craig Breen will be in action at Rally de Portugal this evening.
The Citroen driver was forced to retire after Stage 11 of Rally Argentina last month due to damage on the roll cage.
Stage 1 which is over 3.36km will start just after 7.00pm Irish time.
"We're looking forward to getting started tonight, we have a superspecial in Lousada." He says that he's "looking forward to that and then three big days of rally ahead of us." He added that "all the preparations have gone well so far".
Although we didn't have the best shakedown here at @rallydeportugal, Craig is still confident heading into the event. 💪 pic.twitter.com/rmVmJvj4YC
