The Waterford hurling team shows eight changes for Sunday's home tie with Tipperary at Walsh Park.
Billy Nolan, Shane Fives, Ian Kenny, Iarlaith Daly, Kevin Moran, Darragh Lyons, Peter Hogan and Jack Fagan are all back in the starting fifteen. Two-time All Star Kevin Moran will make his first start of 2021 while Iarlaith Daly returns from suspension.
Waterford's last league victory over Tipperary was back in 2016 at Semple Stadium. The Déise have won all four matches at Walsh Park under Liam Cahill.
