Ballyduff Lower will seek Co. Junior "A" Football Championship glory on Saturday evening.

They face Shamrocks at 7pm in Fraher Field with the winners earning promotion to the Intermediate grade for next season.

Ballyduff regained the Eastern title following a hard fought win over John Mitchell's, while Shamrocks claimed a second successive Western title after a replay win over Geraldine's.

Ballyduff Lower boss John Carey says they were well tested in the Eastern Final; "John Mitchell's were a very tough physical side, we probably made one or two mistakes in terms of shooting, but in terms of the battle it was great and they pushed us to the pin of our collar".
