Ballygunner remain on track for six Co. Senior hurling Championship titles in a row after a comfortable 2-22 to 1-13 win over Dungarvan in this afternoon's semi-final in Fraher Field.
The champions set out their stall from the first whistle and held a comfortable 1-14 to 0-6 lead at half-time.
Peter Hogan goaled after fifteen minutes as Pauric Mahony and Dessie Hutchinson fired over some top class points.
An early second half goal from Mickey Mahony put paid to Dungarvan's chances of getting back into the game.
Patrick Curran netted a late consolation goal as the Gunners march through to another County Final, they're thirty two games unbeaten now in the Waterford Senior hurling Championship.
Dessie Hutchinson was razor-sharp up front for the Gunners; "Delighted to get there, obviously my first one, it's a dream to get there and we'll just hopefully drive it on now in two weeks"
