Joe Gough, a West Waterford athlete joined Damien in studio to chat about his love for running, even at the age 70!
He hit the milestone age just yesterday.
Joe was the first Irish person to have ever received 'European Middle Distance Athlete of the Year' title and he recently broke the Munster Master Indoor 3,000m record.
He ran a time of 11.38. The old record had been held since 2014.
Joe is the current World Champion in the 800m and 1,500m races. He has won the title three times, and hopes to keep that standard going.
The two began by discussing Joe's early and family life and where his name came from.
They then went on to discuss running and how Joe got into it.
Joe touched on motivation and how to harness yours, nutrition, and how his wife supports his passion.
To end things, he outlined what his goals for the year are.
