- Storm Agnes is making its way across Waterford as the county remains in a Status Orange Weather warning. Dungarvan Fire Services have responded to reports of fallen trees and power lines. There has also been multiple reports of flooding across Waterford city and county.
- The Gardaí have completed the largest drug seizure in the history of the state on a cargo ship off the South coast.
- Europe will take on the United States in Rome this week in the Ryder Cup.
