On Tuesday's Waterford at 1 (Oct 31st), calls for certain dog breeds to be banned following an attack on two women in Waterford City, further warning of a ground invasion in Gaza, and Saudi Arabia looks set to be confirmed as the host for the 2034 World Cup.

  • There have been renewed calls for certain dog breeds to be banned following an attack on two women in Waterford City on Friday afternoon. The two women were taken to UHW to be treated for serious injuries and the pitbull was seized by Waterford Council.
  • There are further warnings of a ground invasion in Gaza, as more than 8,500 people have been killed in Israeli air strikes on Gaza since October 7th.
  • Saudi Arabia looks set to be confirmed as the 2034 World Cup hosts as Australia have opted against a submission.
