On today's Waterford at 1 (Oct 24th), East and West Waterford access the damage after yesterday's torrential rain, extra Gardaí are being deployed to areas of Waterford City for Halloween on account of a recent spate of deliberate fires, and the blues take on Athlone tonight for the first of their two-legged playoff.
- Parts of Waterford are still dealing with the after-effects of severe weather events in the past week. There was significant flooding in East Waterford on account of a Status Orange rain warning yesterday, while West Waterford experienced major damage after Storm Babet last week.
