On Wednesday's Waterford at 1 lunchtime news (Oct 18th), extensive road closures in West Waterford as the Status Orange rainfall warning is extended, the body of Tina Satchwell has been released to her family in advance of a private ceremony, and no nominations have been received by clubs for the Waterford Senior Football Management role.

  • The Status Orange rainfall warning has been extended in Waterford to 4pm this afternoon, (Wed, Oct 18th). This comes as a significant number of roads have flooded in West Waterford.
  • The body of Tina Satchwell has been released to her family, as it is understood that the family will hold a private ceremony for the 45-year-old.
  • There have been no nominations put forward for the position of Waterford Senior Football Manager as Ephie Fitzgerald stepped down from the role a number of weeks ago.
