On Waterford at 1 lunchtime news (Nov 23rd), traffic mayhem again this morning on the Outer Ring Road in Waterford City, a HSE recruitment freeze will mean 24 hour cardiac care will not be possible in Waterford, and Stephen Kenny will not continue as Republic of Ireland manager.

• There has been delays again today on the Outer Ring Road in Waterford as road works at the Farronshoneen roundabout continuing to cause issues.
• An extended HSE recruitment freeze will mean that it will not be possible to have 24 hour cardiac care in Waterford.
• The FAI Board has decided that Stephen Kenny's contract as the Republic of Ireland senior men's national soccer team manager will not be renewed.
