The latest edition of the WLR News Team Summer Series takes us to Tallow, a picturesque village quietly tucked away in the foothills of West Waterford.
Jordan Norris made the trip up the N72, where he spoke to Aisling Curran, Manager of the Tallow Enterprise Centre; Gertie Murphy, Chairperson of the local Tidy Towns group and Kieran Geary of MCG Kayaks and Tallow GAA Club.
The trio discussed how the West Waterford town is now reaping the rewards of various funding schemes, and a huge amount of voluntarism from locals, making the area a more attractive and vibrant space for locals and tourists alike.
