"Drugs cause death and destruction all around Ireland."
That was one of the stark messages delivered at the launch of a new anti-drugs initiative between Waterford Gardaí and Waterford GAA on Wednesday night.
The HEED campaign aims to educate young people and club members on the dangers of drugs and just how big a problem they've become in every town and village.
