Did this add to the enigma surrounding the Portlaw Estate? Or do you believe in the stories of curses and Crystal balls?

In 2016 when the doors were opened to the public and now people can book tours of the magnificent house during the summer season, which is enthralled in history.

With 2,500 acres of gardens, woodland and grazing fields Curraghmore House is the largest private estate in Ireland and is still home to Henry - the 9th Marquess of Waterford and his wife Amanda.
