Family members of Imelda Keenan say they're hopeful the investigation into her disappearance may be upgraded to a murder inquiry.
They have been invited to a meeting at Waterford Garda Station on October 3rd to discuss the investigation into the disappearance of the 22-year-old who was last seen on Lombard Street on January 3rd 1994.
Her 30th anniversary was marked this year with a special vigil in the city and a renewed appeal for information as well as a special news programme on WLR.
