Lynda Lawton is Operations Manager with  Waterford Chamber she also hosts their Getting To Know You podcast.

On this week's Saturday Cafe with Maria,  she found herself on the other side of the mic,  as she discussed her life with husband Ger,  and the skills she has that make her a natural for her current job with Waterford Chamber.  A mother of two,  Lynda also talks about the challenges of having an Autistic child and having to navigate the world through their eyes.   She is very open about how sometimes even shopping with an Autistic child can be a fraught experience,  and what people can do to help.

Lynda is also spearheading the drive to have Waterford recognized as the Country's first Austism Friendly City.
