This week on The Hot Desk, Mary spoke to Waterford restaurant owner Adriano Cavaliere, who has just opened a new premises, Enzo's Cafe, in Ferrybank.
Mary was joined in studio by President and Vice President of Network Ireland's Waterford Branch, Mailo Power, and Sinead O'Neill, about 'Spotlight' - an upcoming Women in Business showcase at SETU arena- the event is open to both men and women.
And as the Irish League of Credit Unions reports its highest level of annual lending in a decade, Mary was joined by Conan Gallagher, newly appointed CEO of St Dominic's in Waterford, about the evolving roles credit unions play in the Irish financial space.
