EY has published its Future Consumer Index report, focusing on the rising cost of living, and Ronan discusses how it applies to Waterford and Ireland.
Crooke based Frances O'Reilly also popped into studio. Frances will launch her new company Dog Dry on Friday, having just showcased at the Dublin Horse Show.
Bia Blasta is a newly opened farm shop in Slieverue, run by 18 year old Eoghan Donnelly and his grandfather. Eoghan joins Mary to talk about the ethos of the shop, which uses suppliers from Waterford and across the South East.
