Improving Atlantic Cities

This week Mary spoke to Waterford native, Peter Langford, a fellow of the Irish Acadamy of Engineering, about a report the Academy has published recommending ways in which the "Atlantic Cities" of Waterford, Cork, Limerick, and Galway can be improved between now and 2040, in terms of road networks, planning and energy efficiency.

Stand up Paddleboards

Mary travelled to Stradbally recently to meet Thomas Shaw Hamilton, who runs Jungle SUP, a stand-up paddleboard company operating along Waterford's Copper Coast.

Willow and Wood exhibition

August is Craft Month across the country with hundreds of events happening.

Mary spoke to Waterford maker, Jane Jermyn. Jane is a ceramic artist who's involved in Willow and Wood, a collaborative exhibition running in Cappoquin from Saturday.
