Mary was also joined in studio by Demera Levacic and Przemyslaw Muszymski, who recently picked up an All Ireland prize at the Restaurant Awards. However, they are struggling to make ends meet due to the energy bills, and they want to highlight how hard it is for businesses at the moment.
And, Toys4Engineers is back - running from October 3rd to 7th in association with Waterford Chamber. Mary is joined by Ken Thomas, Head of the School of Engineering at SETU to tell us more.
