Mary spoke to Aaron Jay, CEO of Waterford company Emagine.

Aaron is a business mentor for MentorsWork, a new, free government scheme, aimed at offering expertise to other businesses across multiple sectors.

Aaron also discussed a number of exciting projects for Emagine, including one involving tourism in Sarajevo.

Mary was also joined by Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise Trade and Employment, Damien English, who told her about a Small Business and Enterprise conference Fine Gael is holding on Saturday.

With the Ploughing Championships in full swing, she spoke to James Moloney of Enterprise Ireland about Innovation Arena, a competition that showcases the best of AgriTech innovation.

Entrants, many from Waterford and the South East, are showcasing at Ratheniska this week.
