Mary O'Neill was joined in studio by Richard Earl of Tyrone, who has launched Curraghmore Whiskey, a single-estate Irish whiskey made from barley grown at Curraghmore Estate in County Waterford.
He'll tell the story of the product's origins, as well as outlining plans to ultimately have a distillery at the historic Portlaw site.
Also in the studio was Michell Dunne of Strong Roots Jewellery and Lisa Hodge of Totes Upcycled. They're part of a group of entrepreneurs who are taking part in the First Flight Enterprise Programme at Kite Design Studios, a scheme organised through Waterford LEO.
Dunmore East based Jayné Cahill, of Jayné Cahill Design, talks about her graphic design company, the changing face of the industry, and why she decided to establish the Sunday Craft Market at the Haven Hotel.
