Course leaders at SETU are looking forward to welcoming a second cohort of students to its part-time Level 7 Bachelor of Science in Additive Manufacturing (3D printing). Mary was joined in studio by Programme Co-ordinator David Alarco along with Keith Tracey, who was part of cohort 1, to discuss how 3D printing is used in industry and the opportunities that are open to the students.

Also in studio was Sonia Cruz Oro, the founder of Waterford City based Travel Awakens, specialising in transformational travel and the only ICF certified Travel Coach in Ireland. Sonia, who is celebrating a year in business, organises Wellness Camino Tours in collaboration with JWT Travel and has also lead groups through the Lafcadio Hearn Japanese Gardens in Tramore.

And the 2023 Waterford Business Awards will take this year see a changed format, taking place at The Tower Hotel in November. The awards are run by Waterford Chamber, Dungarvan and West Waterford Chamber, Waterford City and County Council and media partners WLR. Mary was joined by Lynda Lawton of Waterford Chamber to discuss the application process and the awards given out on the night.
