Multiple awards for Cameramatics, founded by Waterford man
I was joined by Waterford native Mervyn O'Callaghan who founded Cameramatics, a company that develops safety software for cars and trucks.
To add to the many awards Cameramatics has won this year, the company has just been shortlisted for The EU-wide Future Unicorn Award, which celebrates scale-ups from across Europe that have the potential to become the future European tech giants.
Fancy Chips opens in Tramore
Earlier this week, I was in Tramore and met Kevin Walsh, who has just opened Fancy Chips on Queen Street, right next door The Aphex Group, which he also runs.
He said the eatery has been busy since it opened last week, and he talked me through the scientific process of creating the perfect chip.
