Mary is joined by Jimmy Burrows of The Fresh Food Courtyard in Dungarvan, which was recently given a 5-star award by the Irish Butcher's Guild in the IBG Retail BBQ Display challenge. Jimmy will discuss the importance of keeping the butcher trade alive in communities.
A panel of experts will gather at the upcoming Kennedy Summer School in New Ross to discuss the South East region and its new relationship with the EU, post-Brexit. Panel moderator Dr Charles Larkin will join Mary to discuss the topics to be fleshed out.
And Colm Kennedy, owner of Itty Bittys in Waterford, will tell Mary all about Bank Lane, a new entertainment venue he's opening in the city this month.
