The Lazy Cow Coffee

Mary spoke to Sorcha Deehy Power, who's just opened the coffee shop The Lazy Cow in Carrick-On-Suir, which uses Waterford brand Coffee House Lane.

Originally trading out of a horse box, Sorcha will describe the transition to a bricks and mortar premises, as well as explaining where her love of coffee and her business drive comes from.

How to save on energy as a business

Mary was also joined by Grainne Kennedy, Climate Action Coordinator with Waterford Council, about the grants and supports available to businesses to save on energy.

Brexit Blue Economy Scheme

And Brenda O'Riordan from Bórd Iascaigh Mhara will join her to discuss how enterprises in Waterford's coastal areas can apply for funding for capital projects under the Brexit Blue Economy Scheme.
