Mary is joined in studio by Waterford chef Keith Boyle, who has added another string to his bow by becoming Executive Chef at Mountain View in County Kilkenny.
Waterford based Leadership trainer and coach Maureen Sullivan will also be in studio to discuss a Women's Leadership Programme she's running in Waterford and Kilkenny next month.
And as part of WLR's Futurescape features, Mary continues her Spotlight on Women's Leaders series, which looks at female trailblazers across multiple sectors in Waterford city and county. Tonight's guest is Kamila Bystrzonowska, owner of Momo Waterford and a huge champion of arts and business in Waterford.
