Local Waterford community foundation, 'Juniors for Juniors' are committed to upgrading as many of the facilities in the paediatric ward at University Hospital Waterford as possible.
That's the sentiment from founder, Joe Daly, following yesterday's sold-out Juniors for Juniors, Teddy Bear Hospital event at SETU Arena.
Over 350 children attended the hospital with their injured teddy or doll, in turn preparing them for their own stay in hospital.
Dymphna Nugent was there to speak with organisers, children, and nursing staff.
