The family and friends of a man who suffered a massive heart attack in Waterford city last week have extended their thanks to locals who rushed to help.
A 50-year-old man was found on Barronstrand Street in an unresponsive state last Wednesday.
His life was saved thanks to the efforts of locals who administered chest compressions at the scene.
Paramedics arrived six minutes after a call was made to attend the scene.
The sister of the man in question, along with his friend, spoke with Ollie and Dymphna on The Big Breakfast Blaa.
