On this week's episode, number 27, it's all about sustainable Christmas shopping It's the time of the year when we can all go a little crazy when it comes to shopping... think of all those "just in case gifts"!

So, this Christmas we're asking you to be more mindful when you shop.

Think local, think reusing, re-purposing, think charity and vintage shops, maybe even making your own gifts. Our reporter Clodagh Walsh has some suggestions for a greener Christmas.
