Garter Lane Arts Centre announces its 2023 Arts Council & WC&CC funded Artist in Residence.

Not only have we have begun our building project at No.5 O’Connell St,  we are so thrilled to have artists of this calibre, who’s roots are firmly in Waterford, be supported in this meaningful way.
