Villa have advanced to the round of 16 in the FAI Junior Cup, beating St Peters at the Connors Park Astro on Sunday.
The sides were deadlocked 0-0 at the half-time break in testing conditions.
James Kennedy opened the scoring after 74 minutes, with an own goal from the visitors doubling the lead before Kennedy struck again to make it three-nil.
Aaron O'Connor added the final nail to the coffin two minutes from time making it a four-nil win for Conor Coad's side.

The draw for the round of 16 will be made on Tuesday, January 23rd.
