Butlerstown fly the Waterford flag in Munster this afternoon when they take on Monaleen from Limerick.
Butlerstown were crowned county intermediate champions back in October without playing a final.
Modeligo did not present themselves for the final on grounds of player, with Butlerstown ultimately awarded the title.
Without that appearance in a final, Butlerstown have not played a competitive game since October 9th.
The city club have not played a Munster game since 2013 when they lost to Scarrif/O Gonnelloe in the final.
