For Thursday's Deise Today, Damien visited Waterford Youth Education and Training Centre on the Cork Road.
Waterford Youth Training and Education Centre (WYTEC) is in existence since 1984.
In that time over 3,000 early school leavers in Waterford City and County have availed of their services.
WYTEC are about people and helping them achieve their potential.

The facility provides training and education for early school leavers (16 – 21) and young unemployed people. The centre can cater for up to 86 learners.
Damien spoke with manager Matt Doran, staff and students alike - with plenty of inspirational stories along the way.
