The main shareholder at Waterford Airport has warned that not a minute more should be wasted as concerns over the delayed sign-off on the runway extension continue to mount.
William Bolster, brokered a €12m deal with the Galway-based Comer Group last year for the development of the runway extension at the airport.
He has urged Transport Minister Eamon Ryan to sanction the final sign-off for the project, which he believes has the potential to be a game changer for the South East.
Speaking on Deise Today, Bolster said the potential development is at a crucial crossroads.
