Earlier this week, 'Deise Today' spoke to listener Bernadette who was upset after her Facebook account was hacked and used to sell fake concert tickets.

Unfortunately, it led to a number of people being scammed out of money.

Barbara had contacted Facebook and was disappointed to the response.

After her interview on air, the show was contacted by many other listeners who had experienced hacking of their accounts in recent times - and most were unaware of how best to deal with it.

Colin Baker is a technology expert and presenter with Virgin Media and is also Managing Director of Dublin-based tech company 'Back from the Future'.
