A group of Waterford parents of children with autism travelled to the Dail yesterday (Tues) as part of their ongoing campaign to secure school places.
Both in the city and West Waterford, there are a shortage of school places for children with ASDs and last week, hundreds turned out for a protest in Dungarvan to pile pressure on Government to sort the dire situation.
This morning on 'Deise Today', Damien spoke to parents Kevin O'Sullivan and Danielle Cleary who were amongst the Waterford contingent who travelled to Dublin yesterday to talk to politicians about their plight.
