Damien was joined on Déise Today by author, broadcaster and journalist Úna O'Hagan who lives in An Rinn.

Úna's late husband was award-winning radio producer and best-selling author Colm Keane. They had one son, Seán, who died of cancer in 2007.

Colm sadly died in January aged 70.

He had been writing a book on death called Journey's End - the Truth about Life after Death. Úna promised Colm that she'd get the book published, and it's been done posthumously.

"Colm was determined that this book would be published because he thought it was very important, it was a culmination of many years of work and research and writing," Úna said.

She describes Colm's book as the "best analysis" of what happens to us when we die.

She added she thinks it was "very clever" of Colm to ask her to publish the book posthumously, because it's kept her busy and given her focus since he died.

Úna also discussed grief with Damien, saying that there are no hard and fast rules when it comes to coping with loss, but that time definitely makes things easier.
