Damien spoke with WLR News Editor MaryAnn Vaughan regarding gunshots that were fired in Lismore on Saturday night/Sunday morning.

The shots were heard by locals in the Ballyrafter area at around 1:10am.

MaryAnn went and spoke with some locals who expressed their absolute fear to her.

Three residents had heard rapping or knocking at their doors or windows just before the shots went off.

There were roughly eight shots in total.

The two discussed the details that are known in relation to the incident.

The investigation is ongoing.

MaryAnn also spoke about how the locals dealt with the situation and about how they are feeling.
