Stand tickets have now sold out for Waterford FC's much-anticipated FAI Cup semi-final clash with Shelbourne on October 16.
It's expected around 6,000 will be in attendance for the big game which the Blues have advanced to after a terrific 3-2 win over Dundalk in recent weeks.
Danny Searle’s side will view this as their best opportunity to win the cup since reaching the decider in 2004.
Derry City will be at home to Treaty United in the other semi-final following their 3-1 win at home to Shamrock Rovers. Both games take place on Sunday, October 16.
Given the enormity of the event on home turf at the RSC, a major security operation will be launched to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
Mark Dunne is Head of Security for Waterford FC and he joined Damien Tiernan on Deise Today this morning (Monday) to give an update on plans, including security measures, for the 16th.
