The Aglish man carded another round of 70 yesterday in the final of Q-School to cap off what has been a tremendous year.
A superb season for the 29-year-old, which saw him win the Alps De Andalucia Tournament as well as finishing in the top 5 on the Alps Tour Order of Merit.
West Waterford Golf Club stalwart Pat Murphy joined Damien Tiernan on Deise Today this morning. He was absolutely thrilled for the 29-year-old.
"It's probably the biggest deal he could expect as a pro golfer. Gary knows where he'll be playing, he can set a schedule for the year. This is something he's been trying for for a long long time. He's had a fantastic season."
