This morning (Fri) on 'Deise Today' we heard the awful story of Tiernan Power-Murphy (aged 6).

Tiernan is a child with autism and he is currently in severe pain, and on antibiotics, due to his urgent need to have 3 teeth removed.

But...the public waiting list, the family has been told, is approx 10 years (!) and so the family face the option now of a cost of approx 2,500 euro (again they've been told) to get the procedure done privately!
