Lecturer in Politics and International Relations at SETU, Gerry Arthurs, joined Damien Tiernan to discuss the court appearance of former US president, Donald Trump.
He was arrested and appeared in court in New York but denied 34 charges at the hearing yesterday (Tuesday).
He is accused of allegedly falsifying business records to cover-up hush payments to those who could have hurt his 2016 presidential campaign.
The settlements would have broken New York state election laws.
