A MOTHER-of three who adopted a 'low spend' year in 2019 has become a social media budgeting sensation -and has just published her own 'budget planner' book.
Caz Mooney has amassed thousands of Instagram and TikTok followers having documented how her family's saving of 15,000 euro that year allowed them to secure a deposit for their first family home.
From cutting grocery costs, to household bills, to clothing costs, Caz adopted a strict regime to boost the family's savings - but says they didn't compromise on the fun in making it happen!
She spoke to Damien Tiernan on 'Deise Today' this week about the experience - and how she came to produce a book at the end of it.
