A Dungarvan-based father of two who has been diagnosed with early onset Parkinson's has achieved his goal of climbing to the highest point in 28 countries in 28 days.
42-year-old Ian O'Brien, originally from Tallow, completed his challenge at Carrauntoohill on Sunday.
By then, he had raised more than €70,000 of a €10,000 target towards EOPD Ireland, a support charity he co-founded.
The 42-year-old told Maria McCann on Deise Today about his experiences, and why he embarked on the challenge, as well as how much exercise has helped him.
