WATERFORD chef and food writer Paul Flynn has launched his new book 'Butter Boy'.
During his time as 'The Irish Times' food writer from 2019 to 2022, Paul wrote over 450 recipes which he has now collected - along with articles and stories - and released in his new publication with Nine Bean Rows Publisher.
The book features stories of Paul's family, friends, and his business during the pandemic.
Paul is, of course, hugely well known across Waterford as the proprietor of 'The Tannery' restaurant, townhouse, and cookery school in Dungarvan.
He popped into the 'Deise Today' studio this morning (Monday, Sept 25) to talk to Dymphna Nugent about 'Butter Boy'.
