On today's (Oct 19th) Déise Today, Mark Rowe discussed, with Damien, his live podcasts which will feature Minister for Mental Health and Older People, Mary Butler, as his guest on Friday, November 3rd, and Sinn Féin Health spokesman, David Cullinane, on Saturday, November 4th.
It's 10 years since Mark's first live show, 'Prescription of Happiness', and since then he has written three books, given talks on well-being all across the world, and now presents his weekly podcast, 'In The Doctors Chair'.
Mark also spoke to Damien about ways to deal with trauma, treating everyday as a new day, and the importance of being present in life.
